Applications Invited for Free Coaching Under Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana in Mathura
Mathura, July 3: The Social Welfare Department has invited applications for the 2026–27 academic session under the Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana, which provides free offline coaching for students preparing for various competitive examinations. Chief Development Officer Dr. Pooja Gupta said eligible candidates can now submit applications, with the last date extended to July 15, 2026.
The scheme aims to support aspirants preparing for competitive examinations including UPSC, UPPCS, NEET, JEE, NDA, CDS, SSC and other recruitment examinations conducted by government agencies.
Free Coaching Available for Multiple Competitive Exams
Under the Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana, eligible students will receive free classroom coaching for:
- UPSC Civil Services Examination
- UPPCS
- NEET (UG)
- JEE
- NDA
- CDS
- SSC
- UPSSSC (PET)
- Other government recruitment examinations
The coaching session for the 2026–27 academic year will run from July 1 to April 30.

Interested candidates can collect application forms from:

Course-wise Eligibility
UPSC / UPPCS
Candidates should be studying in the final year of graduation or have already graduated. Age limits and relaxations will be applicable as prescribed by UPSC and the Uttar Pradesh Government.
NEET (UG)
Applicants should be studying in or have passed Class 12 with Biology (Science stream). Eligibility will be as per NEET (UG) norms.
JEE
Candidates should be studying in or have passed Class 12 with Mathematics (Science stream). Eligibility will follow JEE norms.
NDA
Applicants should be studying in or have passed Class 12 (Science stream). UPSC age criteria will apply.
CDS
- Indian Army & OTA: Final-year graduation students or graduates.
- Indian Navy: Engineering final-year students or graduates with the prescribed educational qualifications.
- Indian Air Force: Final-year graduation students or graduates with Mathematics and Physics at Class 12 level.
SSC & Other Competitive Exams
Educational qualifications and age limits will be applicable according to the recruitment rules of the concerned department or commission.
