Akhil Bharatiya Agarwal Mahasabha Announces Nepal Family Meet for August 1–2, National President – Satish Agarwal
Mathura: The Akhil Bharatiya Agarwal Mahasabha (ABAMS) has announced that its Family Meet 2026 will be organised in Kathmandu, Nepal, on August 1 and 2, 2026. The event aims to strengthen social ties within the Agarwal community while providing a platform for discussions on community welfare, entrepreneurship, family values and social development.
According to Satish Agrawal, National President of the organisation, the programme will bring together office-bearers and active members from different parts of India. The Mahasabha has invited eligible members to complete their registration before the deadline of June 30, 2026.
Eligibility Criteria for Participation
The organisation has outlined several conditions for participation in the Kathmandu event.
- Participants must be Life Members or Patron Members of the Akhil Bharatiya Agarwal Mahasabha.
- Applicants should have actively contributed to the Agarwal community or organisational activities.
- Registration with the Mahasabha is mandatory. The registration process is free of cost.
- Accommodation and meals will be provided only for the official programme dates of August 1 and 2. Participants extending their stay will bear additional expenses themselves.
- Travel expenses to and from Kathmandu must be paid by each participant.
- Only applicants whose names appear on the final list issued by the Mahasabha will be eligible to participate.
Focus on Community Development
The Mahasabha stated that the Kathmandu gathering will focus on strengthening family relationships within the community, promoting business and trade opportunities, addressing social challenges, supporting marriage-related initiatives and encouraging value-based guidance for the younger generation.
The discussions are also expected to explore ways to improve community cooperation, encourage mutual assistance and promote social harmony among members across different states.
Appeal to Office-Bearers
Satish Agrawal urged all office-bearers and members attending the programme to maintain discipline and present their suggestions constructively during the scheduled sessions. He said the organisation remains committed to serving society through voluntary efforts and collective participation.
He further appealed to members to encourage wider participation by informing eligible community members about the registration process before the closing date. According to the organisation, only officially approved participants will be accommodated during the programme.
Registration Deadline
The Mahasabha has confirmed that registrations will close on June 30, 2026. Interested members who wish to participate in the Kathmandu Family Meet or contribute to community service activities have been requested to contact the organisation before the deadline. The organisation has also invited individuals interested in social service to connect through its designated contact channels for future initiatives.
