Mathura New Bus Stand Goes One-Way Only Two-Wheelers Allowed Near Malgodam Road

Mathura: Traffic movement around the newly established temporary bus stand on Malgodam Road has been revised as authorities introduced a one-way traffic system, allowing only two-wheelers on the designated route. The temporary arrangement has been implemented to facilitate ongoing railway infrastructure work and improve traffic management in the Bus Stand area.

The traffic changes have been introduced following construction work being carried out by the North Central Railway in the railway zone. Police personnel and railway officials have been deployed at key junctions to regulate traffic and assist commuters throughout the diversion period.

Temporary Bus Stand to Operate for 15 Days

The newly developed temporary bus stand at Malgodam Road is expected to remain operational for approximately 15 days. During this period, buses will operate from the temporary location while railway-related construction continues near the existing Bus Stand.

Authorities have appealed to passengers to reach the temporary bus stand well in advance and follow traffic instructions issued at the site.

State Bank Road Closed for Seven Days

As part of the revised traffic arrangement, the road leading towards the State Bank area has been temporarily closed for approximately seven days. The closure has resulted in mandatory traffic diversions for vehicles travelling through the Bus Stand area.

Commuters heading towards the State Bank side are advised to follow the diversion routes indicated by traffic police and avoid the closed stretch to prevent unnecessary delays.

One-Way Traffic Arrangement

Officials have implemented a temporary one-way traffic system around the new bus stand. According to the current traffic arrangement, only two-wheelers are permitted to use the designated one-way route while other vehicles must use the approved diversion.
