Mathura Proposes Mandatory Dog Licenses, Fines Up to ₹5,000 for Violations
Mathura-Vrindavan Municipal Corporation has proposed mandatory licensing for pet dogs and small pets. The draft rules include registration, annual fees, vaccination requirements and fines up to ₹5,000.
