42 Units of Blood Donated on World Blood Donor Day in Mathura

Mathura: Marking World Blood Donor Day, the Giants Group of Mathura West and the Rotary Club of Mathura West jointly organized a voluntary blood donation camp at the Rotary Blood Centre near Alwar Bridge. The camp was held in memory of the late Rajeev Agrawal under the convenorship of Jagdish Chawla and the chairmanship of Madan Banga.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from social workers, volunteers, and blood donors who came forward to support the life-saving cause of voluntary blood donation.

ELISA Machine Inaugurated at Rotary Blood Centre

On the occasion, patrons Sudhir Chaudhary, Devendra Chaudhary, and Dr. Shashank Maheshwari inaugurated a new ELISA Machine by cutting the ceremonial ribbon.

The machine will strengthen blood screening capabilities and contribute to safer blood transfusion services for patients in need.

42 Units of Blood Collected

The camp successfully collected a total of 42 units of blood, reflecting the spirit of community service and public awareness regarding the importance of regular blood donation.

Among those who voluntarily donated blood were Giants Federation-5 Vice President Mohan Babu Arya, Giants West Administrative Director Sanjeev Jain, Neeraj Garg, Naveen Agrawal, former Rotary Jasmine President Pooja Agrawal, and Treasurer Kavita Agrawal.

Donors Honoured for Their Contribution

To encourage voluntary blood donation, the organizers honoured patrons and donors with mementoes, certificates, and gifts.

The felicitation ceremony was conducted by Giants West President Dinesh Chandra Agrawal, Archana Agrawal, Renu Chawla, Finance Director Brijesh Singhal, and Joint Administrative Director Sanjay Jolly.
