Mathura to Host Free Medical Camp on Seth Bhamashah Jayanti

Mathura, 28 June 2026: To commemorate Seth Bhamashah Jayanti and Trader Welfare Day, the Nagar Udyog Vyapar Pratinidhi Mandal will organise a free medical consultation and health screening camp on Monday, June 29, 2026. The camp will be conducted in collaboration with Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi, and is open to traders as well as members of the general public who wish to benefit from specialist medical consultations.

The programme will be held at Braj Chikitsa Sansthan, Daresi Road, Mathura, from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM. According to the organisers, the initiative is part of the statewide observance of Seth Bhamashah Jayanti, which has been recognised by the Uttar Pradesh Government as Trader Welfare Day for the past four years.

Specialist Doctors from Apollo Hospital to Attend

Providing details of the camp, Shashi Bhanu Garg, General Secretary of the Nagar Udyog Vyapar Pratinidhi Mandal, said that several specialists from Indraprastha Apollo Hospital have been invited to offer free consultations.

Besides medical consultation, visitors will also be able to undergo several basic health examinations free of cost. The organisers have arranged complimentary diagnostic services based on medical requirements.

The office-bearers of the organisation, including City President Sunil Agrawal, Vice Presidents Ramchandra Khatri and Gurmukh Das, General Secretaries Shashi Bhanu Garg and Sunil Sahni, Joint General Secretary Shri Bhagwan Chaturvedi, Senior Minister Vikas Jindal and Treasurer Meena Lal Agrawal, have appealed to traders and the general public to take advantage of the free healthcare services.

The organisers believe that the medical camp will not only commemorate the legacy of philanthropist Seth Bhamashah but also promote community welfare through accessible healthcare.
