Krishna Janmotsav Celebrated with Great Devotion During Rasia Baba’s Bhagavat Katha in Mathura

Mathura, June 13: The Shrimad Bhagavat Katha pandal at Lotus Garden, Saraswati Kund, resonated with devotional songs such as “Yashoda Jayo Lalna Mein Vedan Mein Sun Aayi” and “Nand Ke Anand Bhaye Jai Kanhaiya Lal Ki” as thousands of devotees gathered to celebrate the divine birth of Lord Krishna during the ongoing Bhagavat Katha being narrated by renowned spiritual speaker Rasia Baba.

The narration of Nandotsav, the joyous celebration following Lord Krishna’s birth, transformed the entire venue into an atmosphere of devotion and spiritual ecstasy. As Rasia Baba described the sacred episode of Lord Krishna’s appearance on earth, devotees became deeply emotional. Men, women, and children were seen singing devotional hymns, dancing in joy, and celebrating the divine occasion with great enthusiasm. The festivities continued late into the night as devotees immersed themselves in Krishna bhakti.

While explaining the significance of Lord Krishna’s birth, Rasia Baba said that both Lord Rama and Lord Krishna incarnated on earth to destroy evil forces and uphold the eternal principles of Sanatan Dharma. He emphasized that their divine lives continue to inspire humanity and provide guidance for righteous living.

Addressing the gathering, Rasia Baba said that despite the demands and pressures of modern life, every individual should dedicate some time to devotional practices and the remembrance of God. He explained that in the present age of Kaliyuga, devotion, Bhagavat recitation, and the chanting of the Lord’s holy names remain the most effective means for spiritual upliftment and liberation.

The renowned kathavachak elaborately described the divine circumstances surrounding Lord Krishna’s birth in Mathura and the joyous celebrations that followed in Gokul. His narration captivated the audience, who listened attentively and repeatedly responded with chants of “Radhe Radhe” and “Jai Shri Krishna.” The devotional atmosphere throughout the venue reflected the deep faith and spiritual enthusiasm of the devotees present.

Members of the organizing committee, Neeraj Bobby Hathi Wale and Pawan Agarwal, informed that special celebrations were organized on the occasion of Krishna Janmotsav. Various gifts and devotional offerings were distributed among devotees by the organizers and attendees. The distribution of these gifts added to the festive spirit, and many devotees expressed their happiness and gratitude after receiving them.

The organizers further announced that the next major events in the ongoing Bhagavat Katha series will include the grand Chhappan Bhog Darshan and the sacred episode of Rukmini Vivah. Preparations for these devotional programs are currently underway.

Appealing to the residents of Braj, the organizers encouraged everyone to take advantage of the auspicious Adhik Maas period by attending the Bhagavat Katha and receiving spiritual blessings through devotional listening and participation.

Among the prominent dignitaries and devotees present on the occasion were Mayor Vinod Agarwal, City Magistrate Anupam Mishra, National Commission for Backward Classes member Bhuvan Bhushan Kamal, trader leader Shashibhanu Garg, Murari Agarwal, industrialist Pramod Garg, Sudip Shri Group, Rajeev Brijwasi, Kalyan Das Agarwal, Rajendra Hathi Wale, Ankit Bansal, Devanshu Agarwal, Niranjan Gupta, Tarang Agarwal, Piyush Jain, Parag Gupta, Sunil Agarwal, Manoj Bajaj, Vishnu Agarwal, Pradeep Chaudhary and a large number of devotees from Mathura and surrounding areas.

The event once again demonstrated the enduring spiritual heritage of Braj and the deep devotion that continues to unite thousands of devotees in celebration of Lord Krishna’s divine pastimes.
