How to File a Grievance

  • Your name and contact details.
  • The URL of the specific article or page.
  • A clear description of your grievance.

Our Process

  • Acknowledgement: every grievance is acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Decision: grievances are resolved, and the complainant informed of the outcome, within 15 days of receipt.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may write again to the Grievance Officer requesting a review, with reference to your original complaint.
