How to Listen to MathuraNow on Alexa

MathuraNow news is now live on Amazon Alexa — Mathura’s local news and updates, read aloud on your Echo speaker or phone, anytime you ask. Here’s exactly how to turn it on.

Enable MathuraNow on Alexa →

1. What you need

  • The Amazon Alexa app on your phone (or an Amazon Echo device already set up)
  • An Amazon account signed in to the Alexa app

2. Add MathuraNow to your Flash Briefing

  1. Open the Alexa app on your phone.
  2. Tap More (bottom right), then Settings.
  3. Tap Flash Briefing (under Preferences — or search “Flash Briefing” in the settings search box).
  4. Tap Add Content (or the “+” icon).
  5. Search for “MathuraNow Samachar”.
  6. Tap the toggle to turn it ON.

3. Listen to MathuraNow, every day

Once it’s added, just say:

  • “Alexa, play my flash briefing”
  • or “Alexa, what’s the news”

Alexa will read out the latest MathuraNow headlines, along with any other news sources you’ve added.

4. Works on any Alexa device

Once MathuraNow is added to your account’s Flash Briefing, it works the same way on your phone, your Echo speaker, or any other Alexa-enabled device signed in with the same Amazon account — no separate setup needed for each device.

5. If Alexa says it can’t find your flash briefing

  • Make sure the MathuraNow toggle is switched ON in Flash Briefing settings.
  • Try closing and reopening the Alexa app.
  • Make sure your Echo device and phone are signed in with the same Amazon account.
