Agarwal Shiksha Mandal’s New Leadership Pledges Transparency After Election Win

Mathura, August 29, 2026: In a significant shift for the local educational governing body, the newly elected office-bearers of the Agarwal Shiksha Mandal have officially taken charge, promising a move away from centralized decision-making toward a more collaborative approach. During a formal felicitation ceremony held at a hotel near Saraswati Kund, newly appointed President Rajnikant Chouksey emphasized that the recent electoral victory was a clear mandate against what he described as previous stubbornness and questionable institutional decisions. The leadership transition marks a pivotal moment for the organization, which oversees several prominent local educational and vocational institutions in Mathura.

A Mandate for Institutional Reform

Addressing the gathering, President Rajnikant Chouksey underscored that the new board is committed to honoring the public mandate by conducting a thorough review of past policies and actions. He explicitly stated that the era of unilateral decision-making is over, asserting that future initiatives will be decided through consensus to ensure the greater good of the Mandal. The atmosphere at the ceremony, which was attended by various senior community members and city luminaries, reflected a strong desire for organizational transparency and a renewed focus on serving the community’s interests rather than individual agendas.

Prioritizing Accountability and Service

The event commenced with the traditional lighting of a lamp and floral tributes to the image of Maharaja Agrasen, led by esteemed community figures including former Mandal President Dinesh Chandra Visawar Wale, Nandkishore Agarwal, and BS-A Engineering College former Deputy Chairman Arvind Agarwal. Following the opening formalities, attendees recognized the newly elected team, including Secretary Manoj Agarwal, Treasurer Chaudhary Sachin Agarwal, and Engineering College President Nitin Mittal. Each newly inducted member was honored with traditional shawls and garlands as a gesture of public support and responsibility.

Secretary Manoj Agarwal shared his perspective on the recent victory, noting that the results were a direct reflection of widespread frustration with the previous administrative setup. He emphasized that the primary responsibility of the new board is to rectify issues that have caused dissatisfaction among members. By learning from past mistakes, the board intends to implement a more inclusive management style. He reaffirmed that moving forward, the administration’s priority will be to foster open communication, ensuring that all stakeholders feel heard and valued in the decision-making process of the Mandal’s educational projects.

Expanding Educational Outreach

Nitin Mittal, who has taken on the role of President for the BSA Engineering and Technology College, echoed these sentiments regarding the need for improvement. He acknowledged that the community’s expectations are high and that the board is fully prepared to take on the responsibility of meeting those standards. Mittal highlighted that the college serves as a cornerstone of local education and pledged to utilize the institution’s resources more effectively to benefit society at large. His vision involves scaling up community service initiatives, which he believes will bridge the gap between academic instruction and real-world societal impact.

The event was expertly conducted by Shashi Bhanu Garg, while the logistical coordination was managed by social worker Girdhari Lal Agarwal, who also received recognition for his role in managing the election process. The evening concluded with a vote of thanks, leaving a hopeful note for the academic future of the institution under its new, reform-minded leadership team.
