Akhil Bharatiya Agrawal Mahasabha Pays Floral Tribute to Maharaja Agrasen in Mathura

Mathura, July 5: Akhil Bharatiya Agrawal Mahasabha (Registered), Mathura, organised a floral tribute and ceremonial lamp-lighting programme in honour of Maharaja Agrasen at Agrasen Chowk, Masani on Sunday.

The event was held under the leadership of District President Mantosh Kumar Agrawal and Women’s Wing District President Neelam Agrawal. Members of the organisation, office-bearers and community representatives paid homage to Maharaja Agrasen by offering floral garlands, applying ceremonial tilak and performing a traditional aarti.

Tribute to Maharaja Agrasen’s Ideals

During the programme, speakers highlighted the life, values and social philosophy of Maharaja Agrasen, encouraging society to follow his ideals of equality, service, cooperation and social harmony. The venue resonated with devotional slogans dedicated to Maharaja Agrasen throughout the ceremony.

Prasad was offered after the worship, while members also participated in a collective devotional gathering.

Community Participation

According to the organisers, Treasurer Sandeep Agrawal arranged the prasad and floral garlands, while senior member Meera Agrawal made arrangements for refreshments served after the programme.

The organisers stated that the presence of national and state office-bearers of the Mahasabha further enhanced the significance of the event.

The programme concluded with the distribution of prasad and refreshments among attendees.
