Rajesh Chaudhary Receives Grand Welcome in Mathura After BJP General Secretary Appointment

Mathura: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and Mant MLA Rajesh Chaudhary received a grand welcome in Mathura on his first visit to the district after being appointed as the party’s General Secretary. Hundreds of BJP workers, supporters, traders, and local residents gathered at Raya Cut on the Yamuna Expressway to congratulate him on his new organisational responsibility.

Rajesh Chaudhary, who recently returned from Lucknow following his appointment, was welcomed by enthusiastic party workers from Raya Cut to the Vrindavan Cut. The reception witnessed slogans in support of the BJP and a large gathering of party functionaries celebrating the leadership’s decision.

“This Is the Victory of Every Party Worker”

Addressing the gathering during a felicitation ceremony at Raya Cut, Rajesh Chaudhary said that the appointment was not his personal achievement but the result of the dedication and hard work of BJP workers.

“This is not my victory alone; it is the victory of every worker who has strengthened the party at the grassroots. I want everyone to leave today with a firm resolve that we will once again secure the Mant Assembly seat with a record-breaking margin,” he said.

Reaffirms Commitment to BJP’s Ideology

Speaking about the party’s ideology, Rajesh Chaudhary said that the BJP represents people from every section of society regardless of caste or religion. Referring to the party’s political expansion, he expressed confidence that the BJP would continue to strengthen its public support and perform strongly in the upcoming elections.

He also reiterated the party’s commitment to the principle of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas” and said the organisation would continue working for inclusive development across Uttar Pradesh.

Top Leaders and Workers Attend the Event

The welcome programme was attended by several senior BJP leaders, including MLA Megh Shyam Singh, District President Nirbhay Pandey, Metropolitan President Raju Yadav, Pankaj Prakash, Akash Chaudhary, Mukesh Varshney, Rakesh Sharma, Bhupesh Agrawal, Anil Rawat, Ram Kumar Upadhyay, Hari Om Chaudhary, Vinay Chaudhary, Nihal Singh, Niranjan Dhangar, District General Secretary Satpal Chaudhary, Sachin Agrawal, Mukesh Pathak and many other party workers.

Leading businessmen from Raya town also felicitated Rajesh Chaudhary. Social worker Bhupesh Agrawal and BJP leader Engineer Deepak Chaudhary presented him with a ceremonial gada (mace) as a mark of honour.

BJP Announces Organisational Reshuffle Ahead of 2027 Elections

Rajesh Chaudhary’s appointment as BJP General Secretary is part of the party’s organisational restructuring ahead of the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections. The BJP leadership recently announced several key appointments aimed at strengthening the party organisation across the state.

With his new responsibility, Rajesh Chaudhary is expected to play a significant role in expanding the party’s organisational network while continuing to represent the Mant Assembly constituency.
