BVGF to Host The Festive Edit Exhibition 2026 for Karwa Chauth and Diwali

Mathura / Ghaziabad News, September 4, 2026: A major festive exhibition, “The Festive Edit 2006” is set to take place in Ghaziabad, offering a platform for premium brands to connect with shoppers ahead of the upcoming festival season. Jointly presented by FEEMEAURA and the Bharatiya Vaishya Global Foundation, the event is scheduled for October 12, 2026. Organizers aim to capture the consumer demand surge associated with the back-to-back celebrations of Karwa Chauth and Diwali, providing a curated space for retailers in fashion, jewelry, home decor, and lifestyle segments.

The event will be hosted at the Ornate Palace, located at 49, Shivaji Marg, Block 5, Sector 10, Raj Nagar. Known for its sophisticated atmosphere, the venue is intended to provide a high-end backdrop for exhibitors to display their products effectively. To streamline operations, the organizers have established a transparent booking policy, requiring a 50 percent advance payment to confirm a spot. The balance is mandated to be settled prior to the start of the event on the morning of October 12.

The standard stall package is comprehensive, providing exhibitors with a ready-to-use setup. Each participant receives an Octanorm table, two chairs, two spotlights, a power point, a dustbin, and professional signage on the fascia. Additionally, the organizers will provide drinking water and refreshments to support stall staff throughout the day. While these base amenities are included, exhibitors have the option to procure additional lighting or electrical equipment for an extra fee if their specific display requirements demand it.
