Councillor Laxman Saini was born into a humble family. His father Shri Chhitariya and mother Smt. In his early years, he was actively involved in farming and later established his technical identity as a hydraulic pressure pump mechanic engineer. He also gained practical experience while working at Krishna Nagar Electricity House in Mathura. Alongside this, he successfully operated the “Saini Light House” business, which further strengthened his reputation among local residents.

Laxman Saini has been associated with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) for a long time and has actively participated in various social and nation-building activities. His role in strengthening social harmony and public awareness has been widely recognized at the local level.

As an active worker of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), he consistently remained connected with the people and worked on resolving local civic issues. His grassroots involvement and accessibility helped him build strong trust among residents.

From Panchayat Member to Municipal Councillor

Before entering municipal politics, Laxman Saini also served as a Gram Panchayat member, where he raised local public issues and actively worked for rural development. He later served as District President of the Saini Sabha, contributing to community organization and social unity.
