Mathura: During the ongoing Gaurang Leela at Chitrakoot organized by Shri Ramayan Pracharini Samiti, narrator Krishna Murari, while reciting the story of Gopal Bhakt, conveyed the message that passing time devours every moment and never returns. Life continues amidst the storms of prosperity and adversity. Only by surrendering to saints can one move forward on the path of truth.
Recently, devotees were also emotionally immersed during the
Makhan Chori and Nimai-Haripriya Vivah Leela in Mathura
, where the divine wedding festivities and Krishna Leela captivated the audience.
He explained during the narration of Gwal Gopal’s story how Gopal, after realizing the bitter truths of life, becomes detached from worldly affairs and turns into a renunciate. Remaining hungry and devoted, he receives the divine darshan of Shri Ram, Janaki Ji, Lakshman, Bharat, Shatrughna and Hanuman Ji while serving them.
Acharya Dev says that he spent his entire life in devotion, yet Shri Ram never appeared even in his dreams, whereas Gopal Bhakt attained divine darshan within a short span of time. In response, Shri Ram says that scholars seek to attain Him through knowledge, but He is drawn irresistibly by the loving devotion of a true devotee.
Nimai Ji, along with Acharya Dev and disciples, goes on a pilgrimage where he receives the darshan of Madhusudan Prabhu, the destroyer of demon Madhu, at Mangalgiri Mountain. Thereafter, before proceeding to Gaya Dham, he falls ill with fever and asks his disciples to bring the dust from the feet of a Brahmin.
He then consumes the dust from the feet of a farmer Brahmin and recovers completely, giving the message that one should never use a fault-finding attitude in holy pilgrimage places.
The program was conducted by Lachhman Prasad Yadav. During the Katha, the aarti of Shri Krishna Swaroops was performed by Brijgopal Agrawal, Ravi Master, Brijesh Neelkanth, Suresh Sharma, Rajiv Sharma, Rakesh Agrawal, Vishanchandra Sutiya and Yogesh Goyal “Treasury”.
